Configuring Processor Board Jumpers

The processor board has three jumper blocks: J7C1, J8C2, and J8C3. J8C1 is located among the
jumper blocks but is the ISP header. Figure 136 shows the jumper blocks, and Table 43 describes
the jumper pins.
