Sets or queries whether to enable the automatic recall of the last power-on setting.

Remarks
• ON/1: the instrument recalls the instrument state (at last power-off) in memory
location 0 at the next power-on.
• OFF/0: the instrument uses the factory default values (except the parameters not
affected by factory default settings) at the next power-on.
Return Format
The query returns 0 or 1.
