Remarks

MINimum|MAXimum specifies the minimum/maximum value. ALL indicates
querying all the steps of the sequence waveform.
•
When [:SOURce[<n>]] or [<n>] is omitted, it is interpreted as CH1.
Return Format
For a specified step, the query returns an integer; for all the steps (ALL), the query
returns 64 integers (representing the loops of 64 steps) separated by ",".
