Description
Sets or queries the sum frequency of the waveform summing function for the
specified channel.
Parameter

Remarks
Sum frequency is the frequency of the waveform to be added to the current
basic waveform.
When [:SOURce[<n>]] or [<n>] is omitted, it is interpreted as CH1.
Return Format
The query returns the frequency in scientific notation. For example, the query might
return +1.000000000000000E+02, indicating that the sum frequency is 100 Hz.
