Remarks
Phase deviation represents the peak variation in phase of the modulated
waveform from the carrier waveform.
When an external modulation source (
the phase deviation is controlled by the signal from the real-panel [AUX IN/

When [:SOURce[<n>]] or [<n>] is omitted, it is interpreted as CH1.
