Remarks
• Width deviation is limited by the pulse width, minimum pulse width, and edge
time setting.
• When [:SOURce[<n>]] or [<n>] is omitted, it is interpreted as CH1.
Return Format
The query returns the PWM width deviation in scientific notation. For example, the
query might return +1.000000000000000E-04, indicating that the width deviation is
100 μs (0.0001 s).
