Command System
Return Format
If querying the specified harmonic, the query returns the amplitude of the specified
order of combine harmonic, for example, 1.000000E +00. If querying the amplitudes
of all orders of the harmonic (ALL), the query returns all amplitudes separated by
commas.
Examples
:SOURce1:HARMonic:COMBine:AMPLitude 5,1 /*Sets the amplitude of
the 5th order of harmonic to 1 Vpp for CH1.*/
:SOURce1:HARMonic:COMBine:AMPLitude? 5 /*Queries the amplitude of
the 5th order of harmonic for CH1. The query returns 1.000000E
+00.*/

Description
Sets or queries the phase of the specified order of combine harmonic for the
specified channel.
Parameter
Name
<n>
<sn>
<phase>
<lim_set>
<all>
<lim_query>
Remarks
You can use <all> to query the phases of all orders of the harmonic.
When [:SOURce[<n>]] or [<n>] is omitted, it is interpreted as CH1.
Return Format
If querying the specified harmonic component, the query returns the phase of the
specified order of combine harmonic, for example, 10.000000. If querying the phases
