Syntax
:SYSTem:ERRor?
Description
Queries and clears an error message in the error queue.
Parameter
None.
Remarks
When you read the error queue, the error will be cleared. You can also clear the error
queue by using
Return Format
The query returns a string consisting of two parts separated by commas. The first part
is the number of the error message and the second part is the content of the error
message; wherein, the content is a string enclosed in double quotation marks. For
example, the query might return -109,"Missing parameter"; wherein, -109 is the
number of the error message and Missing parameter (the content enclosed in the
double quotation marks) is the content of the error message.
