A High Expired Minute Volume alarm will be given when
the monitored expired minute volume exceeds the alarm
limit for 15 seconds.
• Mismatch between Breath Rate, Tidal Volume settings and
the alarm setting.
• Increased Breath Rate.
• Adult mode: 1.0 to 40 l/min
• Pediatric mode: 1.0 to 20 l/min
• Off
0.5 l/min
The ventilator will continue treatment with the same settings.
