Sigh % sets the increased % of the set pressure is delivered to the
patient.

Description
The Rise Time setting controls the speed of the pressure/volume
increase from start of inspiration to the set pressure or volume.
A low setting will give a faster increase and therefore a longer plateau
at the set value. A high setting will give a slower increase and therefore
a shorter plateau.
In the VCV-SIMV mode, two different Rise Time settings are made,
one for mandatory ventilator-controlled breaths and one for addi-
tional pressure support breaths triggered by the patient.
