A Low Inspired Tidal Volume alarm will be given when the
monitored Inspired Tidal Volume fails to reach the set limit
for the Low Inspired Tidal Volume alarm for 15 seconds.
• Mismatch between Inspired Tidal Volume and Alarm setting.
• Changes in airway resistance and or compliance.
• Adult mode: 100 ml to 2000 ml
• Pediatric mode: 20 ml to 500 ml
• Off
10 below 600 ml, 100 above 600 ml
A full breath above set alarm limit
The ventilator will continue treatment with the same settings.
