A Low Inspired Minute Volume alarm will be given when
the monitored minute volume does not reach the alarm limit
for 15 seconds.
• Mismatch between Breath Rate and Inspired Tidal Volume
settings and the alarm setting.
• Changes in airway resistance and or compliance.
• Decreased Breath Rate.
• 1.0 l/min to 30 l/min (Adult mode)
• 0.1 l/min to 10 l/min (Pediatric mode)
• Off
0.1 l up to 1.0 l, 0.5 l above 1.0 l.
The ventilator will continue treatment with the same settings.
