8.4.7 Safety protection device check

After power is connected to the controller, please check all safety protection devices properly before
operating the robot in order to ensure that the system integration and wiring are correct.
We recommend users use the following steps to check the safety protection devices:
Please first turn off the controller power.
1.
Connect the TP to the controller.
2.
Reset the emergency stop button on the TP and all other external emergency stop buttons.
3.
Turn off all railings.
4.
Turn on the controller power.
5.
Press the emergency stop button on TP; Alarm 003 "Controller input power abnormal" must appear

on TP.
Reset the emergency stop button on TP.
7.
Reset the abnormal signal.
8.
Press the external emergency stop button; Alarm 003 "Controller input power abnormal" must

appear on TP.
10. Reset the external emergency stop button.
11. Reset the abnormal signal.
12. Repeat steps 7-9 to check all external emergency stop signals one by one.
13. Turn on the railing; Alarm 003 "Controller input power abnormal" must appear on TP.
14. Turn off the railing.
15. Reset the abnormal signal.
16. Repeat steps 13-15 to check all external railing signals one by one.
