8.6 Abnormal condition disposal

When faced with abnormal conditions, we recommend users to dispose of them using the following
methods:
Press the emergency stop button outside the railing.

Switch the mode selection to manual (T1 mode) status. This action ensures that workers will not

accidentally press start operation again and restart the robot before the abnormal condition was
eliminated.
Make sure the robot motion has come to a complete stop before opening the railing. Place the

safety switch lock on after opening the railing in order to prevent the railing from accidentally being
closed, causing the repair personnel to get trapped.
Please remember to always carry the key when key switch is used; do not leave the key on the
safety switch of the railing.
Press the emergency stop button inside the railing again to ensure the safety of the repair

Check the robot and eliminate the problem. (Please refer to the abnormality message and

Reset the emergency stop button inside the railing.

Remove the lock on the railing safety switch.

After resetting the abnormal signal, switch the model selection switch back to Auto mode, and

execute program operation again.
