Set User

The Set User command allows an administrative-level user to add, modify, and
delete user accounts. To add a user, you must specify username, password, and
level (default level is 1). To delete a user, you need only specify a username. To
erase the entire list of users except Guest- and Administrator-level users, specify
Init.
When the TSG-3800 successfully receives the command, it returns the COMPLD
message. If the TSG-3800 does not successfully receive the command, it returns
the DENY message.
