Switch blocks S3 and S2 each contain six rocker switches. S12 contains three
rocker switches. The number of each rocker is located on the side of the switch
block (1 though 3, or 6). A switch is OFF when the left side of the rocker is pressed
down. A switch is ON when the right side of the rocker is pressed down.
Selecting the Clock Frequency
The T1/E1 Frame Generator module with Clock Bypass provides two clock output
signals. Each output can be independently set to provide an 8 kHz, 1.544 MHz, or
2.048 MHz signal. You select the output signal frequency by installing a jumper in
the appropriate location on W6 for the CLK1 output signal, and on W5 for the CLK2
output signal. The frequency of each position is shown on the right side of each
header. Install the jumper across the header, in line with the desired frequency.
