Retrieve Priority Parameter

The Retrieve Priority Parameter command reports the priority level for the specified
input port.
If the TSG-3800 successfully receives the command, it returns the COMPLD
message. If the TSG-3800 does not successfully receive the command, it returns
the DENY message.
