• Check if the POP3 server login name and password set
for this equipment are correct.
• Check that the login type (Auto, POP3 or APOP) to the
POP3 server is correct.
• These errors occur when the mail data is not transferred
properly to the HDD.
• Request the sender to retransmit the mail.
• Replace the HDD if the error still occurs after
retransmission.
