REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER

INSPECTION
REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER SWITCH
(1) Remove the rear window defogger switch from the
instrument panel and connect an ohmmeter to the switch

side connector;

(2) Operate the switch and ch$ck the continuity-between the
terminals. ~~

NOTE
~_U^J rndlcates that there is continuity between the terminals.
DEFOGGER RELAY
(1) Remove the defogger relay from the relay box in the engine

compartment.

(2) Check contlnurty between terminals when the battery ==
voltage is applied to the-terminal 2 and the terminal 4 is
earthed. 1
