Check the thermostatic valve and rubber
gasket position first, before installing
the thermostatic valve cover.

d. Remove the side covers and fuel tank.
e. Remove the air breather bolt from the T-
joint as shown.
f. Pour the recommended coolant into the
radiator until the radiator is full.
