IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Operate the Brakes with Your Right Foot
WARNING
When you move the gearshift lever to a position other than "N", creep will cause
the vehicle to move. When pulling away, be sure to keep the brake pedal
pressed as you operate the gearshift lever.
Do not operate the gearshift lever while pressing the accelerator pedal. Doing so
is dangerous because the vehicle would suddenly move.
Immediately after engine startup, while the air conditioner is running, and during
diesel particulate defuser (DPD) regeneration, the engine speed automatically
rises, making creep stronger than it is at other times. Keep the brake pedal
firmly pressed.
