command in local user view has no effect.

accounting portal

Use accounting portal to configure the accounting method for portal users.
Use undo accounting portal to restore the default.
Syntax
accounting portal { local | none | radius-scheme radius-scheme-name [ local ] }
undo accounting portal
Default
The default accounting method for the ISP domain is used for portal users.
Views

2: System level
Parameters
local: Performs local accounting.
none: Does not perform any accounting.
radius-scheme radius-scheme-name: Specifies a RADIUS scheme by its name, a case-insensitive
string of 1 to 32 characters.
Usage guidelines
The specified RADIUS scheme must have been configured.
Examples
# Configure ISP domain test to use local accounting for portal users.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] domain test
[Sysname-isp-test] accounting portal local
# Configure ISP domain test to use RADIUS scheme rd for accounting on portal users and use local
accounting as the backup.
<Sysname> system-view
