IMPORTANT:
After a film calibration check the CDM measurement area (see
lightbox: It may not show any dust stripes.
In case dust stripes are visible repeat the film calibration.
NOTE:
The film calibration is successful, if the measured Dmax is < 2% different from the
target Dmax.
The target Dmax depends on the default densitometer which is configured in Key-
operator menu "2 Change Settings - 4 Image Quality - 1 General".

When the Dmax isn't reached, the user is informed via local display to retry the
film calibration. The TH power will be increased so that the Dmax will be
reached.
If Dmax is still more than ± 2% different from the target Dmax the display will
show "calibration failed". In this case check the CDM measurement area at the
lightbox for dust stripes. Refer to
