SATO America, Inc. ("SATO"), recommends that you call for preventive
maintenance at the end of every 200,000 pages of printing. (i.e., 200,000,
400,000, 600,000, 800,000, 1,000,000, etc.)
Service on the LP 100R printer is provided either directly by SATO or by an
authorized SATO outlet.

Have the following information available when the call is placed:
Model no. and serial no. of the printer

A description of the problem

The name and telephone number of the person to be contacted within your

organization
