LP 100R Laser Printer Operator's Guide

Disabled/Enabled (Cancel Job On Jam)

This causes the balance of the job to be printed (if Disabled is selected) or
canceled (if Enabled is selected) when the jam has been cleared.
1. The audible alarm sounds indicating that a jam has occurred.
2. A relevant jam error message displays on the TDU.
3. Press the BEEP button to turn off the alarm.
4. Clear the jam from the printer.
5. Press Clear.
6. The system returns to the Main Menu and indicates, in the upper left, that it is
in the Offline Print mode.
7. Reload the appropriate stock in the printer and set the correct top of form.
8. Press the ONLINE switch.
9. If the Disabled function was set, the balance of the current job will be
printed, followed by the next job in the print queue.
10. If the Enabled function was set, the balance of the current job has been
canceled, and the next job in the print queue will print.
