6. The following screen displays:

7. If the Archive To USB function is to be aborted, press Back, which causes the
system to return to the Manage Archive Fonts menu without executing the
Archive To USB function.
8. If the Archive To USB function is not to be aborted:
a. Open the front door on the printer.
b. Insert the flash drive into the USB port on the front of the controller.
c.
Close the front door on the printer.
9. Press the Enter button.
10. A Copying... message displays while the fonts are being recorded on the flash
drive.
11. When the Copy function is complete, the system returns to the Manage
Archive Fonts menu.
12. Open the front door on the printer.
13. Remove the flash drive from the USB port.
14. Close the front door on the printer.
15. Label the flash drive and file as required.
