LP 100R Laser Printer Operator's Guide
Material Type
The Material Type setting defines the type of material to be used by the printer.
The type used affects the energy applied in transferring the print image to the
output documents.
Note: The Material Type setting can not be changed when a print job is in
progress.
1. Press the Up or Down triangle on the Printer Setup menu to move the
selection bar to the Material Type function.
2. Press Enter, which causes the following Material Type screen to display:

Brackets ( [ ] ) around a specific Material Type indicate that it is the Default
Configuration Material Type.
•
An arrow () pointing to a specific Material Type indicates that it is the type
assigned to the currently displayed configuration.
