Precautions When Operating the Printer

To ensure the optimum performance by the printer, you must observe the
following precautions:
Do not power down the printer or open any doors (printer) while the printer is
being operated.
Never bring any magnetized object or use flammable sprays/liquids near the
printer.
Make certain that the power plug is securely fastened in the power outlet.
Do not conceal an outlet for the power plug with the printer or any other
object.
The room should be ventilated whenever a large volume of documents is being
printed.
Note:
Although the printer generates ozone while in use, the level generated is not
sufficient to affect the human body.
An odor may be noticed when the printer is operated in a poorly ventilated
room for long periods of time.

Call the SATO service department before moving the printer over a long distance.
