12. If the Copy function is to be aborted, press Back, which causes the system to
return to the Files menu without executing the Copy function.
13. If the Copy function is not to be aborted:
a. Open the front door on the printer.
b. Insert the flash drive into the USB port on the front of the controller.
c.
Close the front door on the printer.
14. Press Enter to start the Copy function.
15. When the Copy function is complete, the system returns to the Files menu.
16. Open the front door on the printer and remove the flash drive from the USB
port.
17. Close the front door on the printer.
18. Label the flash drive with the file name and software version.
19. Store the flash drive in a safe place.
