7.1 Conditions for Use with Support Structure/
Applicator
When designing the specifications for using this printer with an applicator, there are some parameters
needed to be considered, such as the media unwinder and liner rewinder supplied by the applicator and
the operating environment.
However, the operating conditions may vary depending on the actual situation.
Adjust these conditions when necessary.
7.1.1

Media Forward Feed Force

The maximum amount of forward feed force of the print engine can be used for the printer applicator
label supply.
Media Width
Less than 25 mm
From 25 to 108 mm
108 mm and above
7.1.2

Media Allowable Load

The constant force pulling back the media to the supply side must be as follows:
Media Width
From 10 to 15 mm
From 15 to 25 mm
From 25 to 45 mm
From 45 to 80 mm
80 mm and above
Criteria of allowable load
• The print position difference between the media load and no media load should be within ±1.5 mm.
• Should not include the change due to the ribbon diameter.
• Should not include the change due to temperature and humidity.
• Should not include the shock.
• The print mode is DISPENSER with the RIBBON SAVER function disabled.

From 29 to 111 mm
111 mm and above

From 13 to 18 mm
From 18 to 28 mm
From 28 to 48 mm
From 48 to 83 mm
