8. Using the Up and Down buttons, select each font to be added to the archive
directory, pressing Select after each font selected.
Note: When Select is pressed, an asterisk (*) displays to the left of the font
selected.
9. If any font selected to be added to the archive directory is not to be included:
a. Reselect that font.
b. Press Select.
c.
The asterisk (*) to the left of the font name is erased, and the font is not
added to the archive directory.
10. When all fonts to be added to the archive directory have been selected, press
Enter.
11. The fonts selected will be stored in the archive directory, and the system
returns to the Manage Archive Fonts menu.
12. Press Home.
13. The following screen displays:

14. When Enter is pressed, a Please Wait... message displays until the Reset
function is complete.
15. When the Reset function is complete, the System Start-up screen displays, and
the printer will be in the Online Idle mode.
