LP 100R Laser Printer Operator's Guide
1. The audible alarm will sound indicating that a field error has been detected.
2. The system returns to the Main Menu and indicates, in the upper left, that it is
in the Offline Print mode.
3. Press the ONLINE switch.
4. If the Disabled function was set, the errors and balance of the current job will
be printed, followed by the next job in the print queue.
5. If the Enabled function was set, the balance of the current job will be
canceled, and the next job in the print queue will print.
Prompt (Cancel Job On Field Error)
Allows you to selectively determine, on a job-by-job basis, whether to cancel the
balance of the job or print the balance of the job when the field error is detected.
1. The audible alarm will sound, indicating that a field error has occurred.
2. The system returns to the Main Menu and indicates, in the upper left, that it is
in the Offline Print mode.
3. Press the ONLINE switch.
4. The following screen displays:

5. If the balance of the current job is to be canceled, press Enter.
6. If the balance of the current job is to be printed, press Back.
7. If Back was selected, the balance of the current job will be printed, followed
by the next job in the print queue.
8. If Enter was selected, the balance of the current job has been canceled, and
the next job in the print queue will print.
