Preparing PCI slot openings

The following steps only apply if there are guiding ridges between PCI
slot openings 5 / 6 and 7 / 8.

Ê Using a pair of flat nose pliers, press in the guiding ridges between PCI slot
openings 5 / 6 (1, GPGPU card 1) and 7 / 8 (2, GPGPU card 2).
Ê Ensure that the guiding ridges are flush with the dividers between the slot
openings.
