Suppression is disabled, Link LSA protocol packets are originated (transmitted) on the P2P
interface.

ipv6 ospf mtu-ignore

This command disables OSPF maximum transmission unit (MTU) mismatch detection on an
interface or range of interfaces. OSPF Database Description packets specify the size of the
largest IP packet that can be sent without fragmentation on the interface. When a router
receives a Database Description packet, it examines the MTU advertised by the neighbor. By
default, if the MTU is larger than the router can accept, the Database Description packet is
rejected and the OSPF adjacency is not established.

ipv6 ospf network

This command changes the default OSPF network type for the interface or range of
interfaces. Normally, the network type is determined from the physical IP network type. By
default all Ethernet networks are OSPF type broadcast. Similarly, tunnel interfaces default to
point-to-point. When an Ethernet port is used as a single large bandwidth IP network
between two routers, the network type can be point-to-point since there are only two routers.
Using point-to-point as the network type eliminates the overhead of the OSPF designated
router election. It is normally not useful to set a tunnel to OSPF network type broadcast.
