When the Message "Remove
Misfeed From Output Tray" Ap-
pears
Important
Toner printed on misfed paper is
not fused and can make your hands
or clothing dirty. Take care to avoid
contact with the toner as you re-
move misfed paper.
A
Open the printer's rear cover.

Open the top cover, and then slide
the pressure release levers towards
the "OPEN" mark to release the
pressure between the rollers.

Carefully pull the misfed paper
from the rear cover side.

Return the pressure release levers
to their original positions ("SET"
mark).

Close the top cover and rear cover,
and press the center of the top
cover until it locks securely into
place.
