Turn knob R4, and then remove
the misfed paper.

Open the lower right cover of the
paper feed unit, and then pull out
the misfed paper.

Close the lower right cover of the
paper feed unit.
When "Remove Misfeed
Z1:Duplex Unit" Appears
R CAUTION:
• The inside of the machine be-
comes very hot. Do not touch
parts labelled "hot surface".
Touching a "hot surface" could
result in a burn.

If the 2 tray finisher or the book-

let finisher is installed, detach it
from the printer.

Open the left cover of the duplex
reversal unit, and then remove
the misfed paper. Do not pull the
paper out forcefully.
