Under [Form to Tray Assignment], select the paper tray whose settings you
want to change.
The current settings are displayed in the [Change Settings] box in the lower
part of this tab.

Make sure that [Draw selected form only from this tray] is unchecked. If it is
checked, uncheck it.

Click [OK] to register the paper assignment and close the Printer Properties.

Making the Printer Default Settings
Limitation
Changing the settings of the Printer Properties and Default Document Prop-
erties in the [Printers] window requires full control access rights. Log on as an
Administrator or a Power Users group member.
Making Printer Properties Settings

Click [Start], point to [Settings], and then click [Printers].
The [Printers] window opens.

Select the icon of the printer you want to use by clicking it. On the [File]
menu, click [Properties].
The Printer Properties dialog appears.
Note
Settings you make here are used as the default settings for all applica-
tions.
