Windows 95/98
On the [PostScript] tab, click [Advanced] and
then uncheck both [Send CTRL+D after job]
and [Send CTRL+D before job].
Windows NT4.0
Open the [Advanced] tab of the Default Doc-
ument Properties. Under [PostScript Op-
tions], select [No] for both [Send CTRL-D After
Each Job] and [Send CTRL-D Before Each Job].
The options are not set up correctly.
Windows 95/98
Use the [Installable Options] on the [Device Op-
tions] tab to correctly set up the options.
Windows NT4.0
Use the [Installable Options] on the [Device
Settings] tab to correctly set up the options.
Macintosh
Use the Apple menu to open [Chooser] and
correctly set up the options.
EtherTalk may be disabled as the protocol with
the printer's operating panel. Enable Ether-
Talk. For more information, see the printer's
"Operating Instructions".
When the printer runs out of paper in the RPS2
mode, it waits for the specified job timeout pe-
riod for paper to be loaded. The data is cleared
when the job timeout period is exceeded. Set
the longer job timeout period.
