System Log Information
Use the syslog command to display information stored in the printer's system
log.
msh> syslog

For more information on the displayed information, refer to P.80 "System
Log Information".
SNMP
Use the snmp command to display and edit SNMP configuration settings such
as the community name.
Note
You can configure from No. 1 to 10 SNMP settings.
The factory default settings for No. 1 and 2 are as follows.
Number
community name
IP address
access type
Display
Shows the SNMP information and available protocols.
msh> snmp ?
msh> snmp [-p] [ registered_number ]
Note
If -p option is added, you can view the displays one by one.
If the registered number is not added, you can view the status of all the reg-
istered numbers.
Community name configuration
You can set the community name of the Network Interface Board.
msh> snmp number name community_name
Note
The commmunity name must consist of less than 15 characters.
Access type configuration
You can select access type among those listed below.
msh> snmp number type access_type
