Plug and Play Installation 2
Use the following procedure to install the printer when the [Device Driver Wizard]
appears after you turn on the printer and then your computer.
A
Insert the CD-ROM that comes with the printer into your computer's CD-
ROM drive, and then click [Next].

Click [Finish].

Click [Browse].
The Windows 95 printer driver is on the following directory on the CD-ROM:
DRIVERS\IPDL_C\WIN95_98.

On the [Browse] dialog, double-click the CD-ROM drive.

In the CD-ROM directory, double-click [DRIVERS], [IPDL_C] and then
[WIN95_98]. Finally, click [OK].

Click [OK].

Click [Finish].

Change the name of the printer, if you want, and then click [Finish].

If the next dialog appears, click [OK].

If the next dialog asking you to specify the CD-ROM drive appears, select
the CD-ROM drive from the listbox. Finally, click [OK].

Follow the instructions on the screen.
L
Restart Windows after completing the installation.
Important
If your printer is equipped with certain options (ex. paper feed unit or
memoryunit), you should set up the options with the printer driver.
