Click [OK].

Select the name of the printer whose driver you want to install by clicking
it, and then click [Next].
The port selection dialog appears.

In the [Available ports] box, select [Printer Port] by clicking it, and then click
[Next].

Change the name of the printer if you want, and then click [Next].

Specify whether or not you want to print a test page, and then click [Finish].
The installer copies the printer driver files from the CD-ROM to your comput-
er's hard disk.

If you are asked to insert the Windows 95/98 system disk, insert it into your
computer, and then click [OK].

If you are asked to specify the location of the required file for Windows 95/
98, do the following:
• Select the folder [WIN95] or [WIN98] in the system disk.
• Move to the folder where the Windows is installed. Then, select the appro-
priate folder. The location of the appropriate folder may differ depending
on the version of your operating system. The following are examples:
[\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\OPTION\CABS]
[\WINDOWS\OPTION\CABS]

If you are asked if you want to restart Windows, select [Yes]. If you are not
asked, restart Windows after completing the installation.

After Windows restarts, set up any options you have installed to your print-
er.

Click [Start], point to [Settings], and then click [Printers].
The [Printers] window opens.

Select the icon of the printer you want to use by clicking it. On the [File]
menu, click [Properties].
The Printer Properties appears.

Click the [Device Options] tab.
