As you make selections in the State drop down box, Configuration Manager
enables list boxes in the subsequent line, with the opposite selection
chosen as a default selection. For example, Offline (if you chose Online in
step 6) or Online (if you chose Offline in step 6).
Note: You can make your desired Online/Offline Table selection in any
enabled field in any order.
