14.8.55 neighbor timers

This command specifies the keep alive and hold time for a peer. This value is placed in an
OPEN message sent to this peer by this BGP speaker. The possible values for keep alive
field are 0 to 21845 seconds and for hold time field are 0 and 3 to 65535 seconds. After
executing this command, the BGP peer must be reset before the changes will take effect
