By observing the MAP display, be sure the card to be removed is on the
inactive unit.
If faulty card is on
active unit

Switch the processing activity (SWACT) to the inactive unit by typing
>SWACT
and pressing the Enter key.
If prompt indicates a
warm SWACT will be per-
formed
cold SWACT will be performed
