Check wire harness and connector (HVAC control panel assembly - blower speed resistor)
a. Turn ignition switch to LOCK.
b. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
c. Disconnect the HVAC control panel assembly connector
K-012.
d. Disconnect the blower speed resistor connector K-004.
e. Using a digital multimeter, check for continuity between
terminals of connector K-012 and connector K-004 to
check if there is an open in system according to the table

below.

Check wire harness and connector (blower - blower speed resistor)
a. Turn ignition switch to LOCK.
b. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
c. Disconnect the blower connector K-008.
d. Disconnect the blower speed resistor connector K-004.
e. Using a digital multimeter, check for continuity between
terminals of connector K-008 and connector K-004 to
check if there is an open in system according to the table
below.
