Troubleshooting
AL005
The value of regenerative
resistor is too low or the
9
external regenerative resistor
is unconnected.
Parameter P1-53 is not set to
zero when the regenerative
resistor is not in use.
Parameter P1-52 and P1-53
are not correctly set.
AL006
Causes
Over the rated load of the
drive and continuously
excessive using.
The setting of the control
system parameter is
inappropriate.
Wrong wiring of the motor
and the encoder.
The encoder of the motor is
defective.
AL007
Inappropriate setting of
parameter P2-34
AL009
Parameter P2-35 is set too
small.
The setting of the gain value
is too small.
The torque limit is too low.
Excessive external load.
Improper setting of E-Gear
ratio.
9-6
Regeneration error
Causes
Check the connection of regenerative
resistor.
Check if parameter P1-53 of
regenerative resistor is set to zero.
Check the setting value of parameter
P1-52 and P1-53.
Overload
Set parameter P0-02 to 11 and see if the
average torque [%] is over 100% all the
time.
1. Check if there is any mechanical
vibration.
2. Check if the acceleration/deceleration
constant is set too fast.
Check the wiring of U, V, W and the
encoder.
Send the drive back to the distributors or contact Delta.
Over speed
Causes
Check if the setting value of P2-34 is
too small. (Condition for over speed
warning)
Excessive deviation of position command Cleared by DI.ARST
Causes
Check the setting value of parameter
P2-35. (Warning condition of excessive
position deviation)
Check if the setting value is appropriate. Correctly adjust the gain value.
Check the torque limit value.
Check the external load.
Make sure the proportion of P1-44 and
P1-45 is appropriate.

Corrective Actions
Calculate the value for
regenerative resistor again and
reset the value of P1-52 and
P1-53 again. If the alarm has not
been cleared, please send the
drive back to Delta.
Set parameter P1-53 of
regenerative resistor to zero when
it is not applying.
Correctly reset the value of P1-52
and P1-53 again.
Corrective Actions
Increase the motor capacity or
reduce the load.
1. Adjust the gain value of the
control circuit.
2. Slow down the
acceleration/deceleration setting
time.
Correct wiring
Corrective Actions
Correctly set the setting value of
P2-34. (Condition for over speed
warning)
Corrective Actions
Increase the setting value of
P2-35. (Warning condition of
excessive position deviation)
Correctly adjust the torque limit
value.
Reduce the external load or
evaluate the motor capacity again.
Correctly set up E-Gear ratio.
