Description: Specifies the minimum number of milliseconds that the Media Gateway will wait for
display information (calling party information) on an inbound PBX call before the call is routed to
the IP destination. (0 for no delay)
Allowed Values: 0 through 10000 (msec)
Default Value = 0
INI File Parameter Name = telMinWaitForCpid
