Downloading a PC Movie
Playing Back a Streaming Type
PC Movie
You can play back a streaming type PC movie
downloaded from a website while downloading
it.

Select a PC movie while viewing a website
and press .
The screen for confirming whether to play back
appears.
For the PC movie required the authentication
Enter the user's name and password within 16
full-width or 32 half-width characters and press
(Complete).

Select [Yes] and press
A PC movie is played back while downloading it.
 For the operations while playing back a PC
movie, see "Playing Back a Saved PC Movie"
(P.303).
About the License (Windows Media DRM)
A PC movie protected by the license is played
back only when it is the streaming type. You
cannot download a downloading type PC movie
protected by the license.
A PC movie may not be played back depending
on its license setting.
A PC movie restricted by the playback period
cannot be played back before or after the period.
If you leave the FOMA terminal with the battery
pack removed or fully expended for a long
period of time, the date and time are reset, and a
PC movie restricted by the playback period may
not be played back.

You can download a PC movie from a website
and play it back.

Playing Back a Downloading
Type PC Movie
Select a PC movie while viewing a website
and press .
For the PC movie required the authentication
Enter the user's name and password within 16
full-width or 32 half-width characters and press
(Complete).
The selected PC movie is played back while
downloading data. When the playback is completed
and data is downloaded completely, the PC Movie
menu display appears. When the Auto replay is
set to [OFF], you can play back a PC movie by
selecting [Play] after downloading is completed.
 For the operations while playing back a PC
movie, see "Playing Back a Saved PC Movie"
(P.303).
 When you stop playing back while downloading
data, downloading is also stopped.
To save data
Select [Save] at the PC Movie menu display.
To save a partly downloaded PC movie
Select [Save temporary] at the PC Movie menu
display.
To display the detailed information
Select [File property] at the PC Movie menu
display.
A streaming type PC movie has no file size limit
so note that the transmission of data with no
amount limit may occur.
Depending on a connecting site or PC movie,
you may not be able to download data or play it
back.
The playback may be stopped or image may be
distorted while downloading data depending on
the radio wave condition, communication line
conditions, or the communication speed. You
can play back a downloading type PC movie
repeatedly after downloading data is completed,
but a streaming type PC movie cannot be played
back.
