Classifying Mail by Mail Mark
When you add a mark on the received/sent
mail, you can display mail by selecting a mark
by the Mail search (P.203).
Mail mark can be used in the mail list display
or contents display.
Example: Adding a mark on a received mail

From the received mail list, select mail
and press

The mark list appears.
To add a mark while displaying mail
Press
in the contents display.
To delete a mark
Move the cursor to the mail with mark and press
.

Select a mark and press
The mark is added on the mail.
You can add/delete a mark assigned to each key
by pressing

or in the contents display.
Using the Mail Ranking
Up to 20 each of most frequent senders and
recipients are automatically saved in the Send
and Receive ranking lists. You can select a
recipient from the list when you compose mail.
You cannot use the Mail ranking when 2in1 is set to
the B mode.
Example: Displaying the Send ranking list

In the stand-by display, press

The Send rank display appears.
To display the Receive ranking list
In the stand-by display, press
second.
To display a mail address or phone number
When the data is saved in the Phonebook, the
name is displayed instead of the mail address/
phone number. Press
of name and mail address/phone number

To compose mail
Move the cursor to the ranking and press
(Mail).
To save data in the Phonebook
Move the cursor to the ranking and press
(Save).
To place a call
When the phone number is saved in the
Phonebook, move the cursor to the ranking, and
from the Function menu, select [Call back].
To copy the mail address
Move the cursor to the ranking and from the
Function menu, select [Copy mail add.].
Deleting the Mail Ranking
You can delete the Send and Receive ranking
lists using three methods.
Example: Deleting the Send ranking list one by one

In the stand-by display, press

To delete the Receive ranking list
In the stand-by display, press
second.
To delete all ranking lists
From the Function menu, select [Delete]
[Delete all], enter the Security code, and select
[Yes].
To delete several ranking lists
From the Function menu, select [Delete]
[Select&delete], select several data, press
(Complete), and select [Yes].

Select a ranking and press
The Function menu appears.

Select [Delete]
[Delete one]
The selected ranking is deleted.
Setting the Mail Function of
the FOMA Terminal
When 2in1 is set to the B mode, the following
functions are not available.
- Sort outbox
- Signature
- Mail list
