NOTE: If you are powering on the router for the first time, the
port does not function until after the initial configuration procedure.

NOTE: After a power supply is powered on, it can take up to 60 seconds
for status indicators—such as the output status LEDs on the power supply,
the command output, and messages on the LCD on the craft interface—to
indicate that the power supply is functioning normally. Ignore error
indicators that appear during the first 60 seconds.
If any of the output status LEDs does not light steadily after 60 seconds,
repeat the procedure to connect the DC cables. If you continue to have
problems, see the replacement procedure for the power supply.
On the external management device connected to the Routing Engine, monitor the
